No. Don't switch if you are looking for Snobol or Spitbol under a dif-
ferent name. Some of the basic design principles are similar. But scan-
ning happens on a much lower level in Icon. And the overall program or-
ganization it enforces is more in line with post-Algol, procedural lang-
uages than with older label/goto-style ones.
